Collectibles are condition- and market-sensitive, so our default is simple: collectible purchases are final sale, with clear exceptions for damaged, incorrect, or store-approved non-collectible returns.
Collectible Items
All collectible products are final sale once the purchase is completed.
This includes sealed product, packs, singles, slabs, pre-orders, event entries or products, and other collectible items sold online or in store.
We cannot accept returns because a market price changed, an opened product did not contain a preferred pull, or a condition issue was shown or described before purchase.
Non-Collectible Items
Non-collectible products may qualify for a return, evaluated case by case.
Email info@degencollectibles.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for the request before sending anything back.
If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Returned items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging unless we approve a different resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if something is wrong.
Please report damage or order errors within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Email your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box so we can assess the issue quickly.
Keep the item and packaging until we confirm the next step. We may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another resolution depending on the issue.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
Opened sealed product, used accessories, custom or personalized products, sale or clearance items, gift cards, and products that cannot be safely resold are non-returnable.
If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, contact us before purchasing or before sending anything back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after the return is received and inspected, when a return shipment is required.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.
Approved non-collectible refunds may be reduced by a restocking fee of up to 10%. Refunds for our errors are issued in full.
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the issue was caused by an incorrect or damaged shipment from us.
