Collectible Items

All collectible products are final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns on any collectible items.

Non-Collectible Items

Non-collectible products may qualify for a return, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

To begin a return request, please email us at info@degencollectibles.com
If your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued minus a 10% processing fee to cover credit card/PayPal transaction costs incurred at the time of purchase.
